Terms of use
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This is a translation of the Bulgarian text. If the two differ, the Bulgarian version prevails.
“Crafts with a Spark” (crafthallspark.com and app.crafthallspark.com) is a free platform and a young project - a seasonal salon for creative sparks and crafts, where artists show objects they have made, and visitors browse them and contact the artists directly. We keep it running at least until the end of November 2026, and then we will decide whether to continue. If the service is discontinued, we will notify registered artists by email at least 30 days in advance, so that they can download their works and data.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.
1. What the service is
- Every artist gets their own public page at app.crafthallspark.com/your-name, where they show their profile and works.
- The service is free. There are no paid features, commissions or ads.
- We are not a party to any arrangement between artists and visitors. Sales, orders and payments are arranged directly between them, outside the site.
2. Account
- To create an account you must be at least 14 years old. If you are between 14 and 18, sign up with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. Accounts of children under 14 are not allowed; if we learn of one, we will delete it.
- Sign-up is with an email and a password. The account is personal and cannot be transferred.
- You are responsible for your password and for everything published from your account.
- One person may have one artist account. Accounts of companies are not forbidden, as long as they show handmade objects.
- You can delete your account at any time from “My page”; the deletion is final, the periods are described on the Privacy page.
3. Acceptable content
Publish only:
- objects that you have made or designed, and photos you hold the rights to;
- texts that are yours or that you have the right to use.
Not acceptable:
- other people’s works or photos presented as yours, and any infringement of copyright;
- images generated with artificial intelligence: the photos must be of objects you have actually made;
- mass-produced or resold goods presented as handmade;
- personal data of other people (name, phone, email, address) and photos in which people can be recognised, without their consent, and for children - without a parent’s consent;
- offensive, discriminatory, pornographic or illegal content;
- spam, scams, misleading contact details;
- attempts to get around the limits of the site or to harm other users.
4. Your rights to your works
Everything you publish remains yours. If the “Watermark” setting is on, your page address is written on the photo when it is uploaded. The mark becomes part of the photo, we keep no copy without it, and it is not a protection against copying. You give us only the right to show it on the site, in the gallery and in previews when a link is shared (for example in chat apps), for as long as it is published. When you delete a work or your account, this right ends and the data is deleted.
5. Reports and removal
- Any visitor can report a page or a work through “Report a problem” at the bottom of the page. We review every report and may hide the content while we clarify the case.
- If we receive a report about a photo in which a person can be recognised without their consent, we hide it while we look into the case and ask the artist to remove it; on refusal or repetition we delete the account.
- The site administrator may hide a work or a whole page when its content breaks these terms or someone else’s rights, also without a report from a visitor. Hidden content is not visible to the public but is kept. You still have access to your account and see a notice that your page is hidden.
- For repeated or serious breaches the administrator may delete the account. The deletion is final, as when you do it yourself.
- If you believe that content was hidden or an account was deleted by mistake, write to us at welcome@crafthallspark.com.
6. Limits
So that the service stays free for everyone, there are limits. Currently they are:
- up to 30 works per account;
- up to 10 photos per work and up to 120 photos in total per account;
- up to 5 materials per account;
- up to 25 MB for a chosen photo, which is made smaller automatically before it is uploaded;
- up to 20 uploads per minute.
When you reach a limit, the site tells you. The limits may change in the future, which we will reflect here.
7. No guarantees
The service is provided “as is”, as a non-commercial project. We do our best to keep it working reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that data will be preserved in case of a technical problem, or particular results (visits, orders). Keep your own copies of your photos. We are not responsible for arrangements between artists and visitors.
8. Personal data
What we keep and what your rights are is described on the Privacy page.
9. Changes and closing down
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest change, and for significant changes we notify registered artists by email. If the project is closed down, we will give at least 30 days’ notice so that you can download your data.
10. Applicable law
Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are settled by mutual agreement and, if that is not possible, by the competent Bulgarian court.
